Maison Margiela translates its avant-garde legacy into architecture with its debut residential project in Dubai. Developed with Alta Real Estate on Palm Jumeirah, the 25 bespoke residences embody the House’s codes of deconstruction and illusion.
Architect Carlo Colombo crafted interiors of quiet restraint, utilizing etched travertine and optical white resin where furniture appears to dissolve into the structure. Amenities include an art gallery, spa, and infinity pool. This project represents a "quiet rebellion" amidst Dubai’s flashy skyline—a manifesto in concrete offering an introspective, philosophical definition of luxury that demands to be lived in, not just admired.
