Greenway Ford is the flagship of a major national auto group and a powerhouse in the Orlando market, but by 2023 the store had hit a ceiling. Its parent company's longtime digital vendor was not dynamic enough to capitalize on the market's growth, particularly in fast-changing neighborhoods and among underserved Spanish-speaking buyers. Greenway's leadership wanted two things: scalable new vehicle sales growth and a top-tier position that reflected the dealership's operational strength.
C-4 Analytics built a full-funnel digital marketing plan designed to attract high-intent shoppers and convert them through a coordinated, unified experience. Messaging aligned across platforms, from brand awareness through model-specific promotions, ensuring consistency and clarity at every touchpoint. A dedicated Spanish-language campaign added paid search, video ads, and custom landing pages to reach an audience the market was underserving. YouTube TV spend nearly doubled to 10,000 dollars a month, concentrated on buyers in fast-growing local neighborhoods. A nationally ranking "Ford Truck Month" landing page anchored the SEO strategy, supported by site-wide conversion optimization that improved the path from click to lead form.
The business results placed Greenway Ford at the top of the Ford retail network. The dealership hit 133 percent of its previous year's new car volume, the highest mark among the top 100 Ford dealers nationwide in 2024. New car leads grew 30 percent year over year. Internet leads grew 74 percent. Total new vehicles sold reached 2,288 units. Greenway ranked number three for total sales in the Orlando market and outperformed the broader market by 30 percent.
