Desert Financial Fiesta Bowl Charities program awarded winning Arizona teachers with $500,000 to enhance their classroom experience. The ASU PR Lab was asked to pitch individual profile stories to various smaller cities and towns across Arizona to feature their local winning teachers. The students developed a media list and pitch. They were able to secure TV, radio and online/print coverage resulting in 17 total placements.
