This event was a departure from our previous fundraising
projects, as it was a kick-off party designed to drum up support
before any money had been raised. Our client was eager to
leverage this program as a springboard for their fundraiser,
setting the tone for the rest of the campaign. Between the
environmental design, speakers, and activities, they hoped to
strike a balance between subtlety and impact while considering
the event’s venue and time limitations.
To address
the spatial restrictions, we partitioned the ballroom and created
multiple, unique engagement areas. This also gave us the ability
to include all the activities the client hoped to offer over the
course of the evening. Between building informational kiosks
and refining the event’s main messaging, we supported our
clients as true partners and delivered a memorable experience
for their attendees.
