Research revealed that individuals aged 30+ often reassess life goals and face financial challenges without the support they had in youth. This insight inspired a major shift in communication—removing the word "credit" entirely and focusing on emotional, human moments.
Repositioning Strategy
Cashme was redefined as a “lifeline for crucial moments,” helping users preserve their quality of life. This was encapsulated in the new campaign theme: “WHEN YOU CAN…”
Examples included:
“When you can celebrate your child’s birthday now, not after payday.”
“When you can buy a gift for your mom today.”
“When you can pay for day-care on time.”
Implementation
A full-funnel strategy was deployed:
Awareness: Digital & influencer campaigns showcasing real-life scenarios.
Consideration: Educational content highlighting app features and emotional value.
Conversion: Testimonials and CTAs encouraging application submissions.

The repositioning led to:
